It took me 28 years to finally find myself starring at the Tyrrhenian Sea off the coast of Porto Ercole where the waves lap at the swim ladder of Hotel Il Pellicano. I walked to the edge of the balcony and saw what I have been starring at in the photo books of Slim Aarons my entire life, and it was so beautiful that I couldn’t bring myself not to take a photo.
