The Rossi 1947 Genoese Pesto maintains the basic and traditional recipe of fresh Ligurian pesto with the addition of some ingredients that favor its preservation.. Only pine nuts (no walnuts or cashews), only Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, only DOP Genoese basil, and then Parmigiano Reggiano, Fiore Sardo, Trapani salt, Vessalico garlic. The perfect ingredient to eat with pasta or bruschetta!
