Tagliolini al Tartufo

Ingredients
320 g Tartufissima N°18 Tagliolini with Truffle
8 g DALBOSCO®, white truffle powder
2,5 g 100% White Truffle NoH2O® Lyophilized
160 g Butter
Preparation
- Cook the tagliolini in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the truffle powder.
- Drain the tagliolini and mix in with the melted butter.
- Add a little cooking water and stir until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Arrange the tagliolini on each plate and evenly sprinkle the Freeze-dried White Truffle NoH2O® on top of each dish, wait a couple of minutes and serve.
