How to make coffee in a Moka

A good coffee is the basis of every Italian breakfast. To make the perfect coffee in a Moka you must:

  • use filtered water and pour up to the valve
  • use an excellent ground coffee for moka use
  • put the coffee in the filter but do not press it
  • place the moka on a low flame
  • And finally, when the moka starts to bubble turn off the flame
