Ingredients

320 g Tartufissima N 18 Tagliolini with Truffle 

8 g DALBOSCO, white truffle powder 

2,5 g 100% White Truffle NoH2O@ Lyophilized 

160 g Butter

Preparation

  • Cook the tagliolini in boiling salted water for 5 minutes
  • Melt the butter in a pan and add the truffle powder
  • Drain the tagliolini and mix in with the melted butter
  • Add a little cooking water and stir until the sauce becomes creamy.
  • Arrange the tagliolini on each plate and evenly sprinkle the Freeze-dried White Truffle NoH2O@ on top of each dish, wait a couple of minutes and
