In the heart of Stockholm this past November 8 and 9, something enchanting happened. The fantastic team from Hotel Il Pellicano, including Chef Michelino Gioia and Barman Federico Morosi, joined our Chief Marie-Louise Sciò to bring a bit of Italian magic to Stockholm.
It wasn’t just a pop-up; it was a meeting of minds. Hotel Il Pellicano, with its sunny Tuscan charm, found a friend in Sweden. The team took over the kitchens at Ett Hem, turning them into a stage for delicious creations.
Fresh Italian ingredients mixed with the Nordic breeze, creating a delightful symphony. Local ingredients turned into tasty masterpieces, and Federico mixed up cocktails that transported everyone to the sun-soaked terraces of Hotel Il Pellicano.
Beyond the food and drinks, it was about shared smiles, clinking glasses, and savouring life’s delicious moments. Tables were adorned with Il Pellicano’s artistic touch, creating an ambiance reflecting the sophistication of our favourite spot in Tuscany.
As the Il Pellicano Pop-Up wrapped up, it left not just happy tastebuds but a sense of shared joy. Stockholm had a brief but unforgettable taste of the dolce vita, all thanks to the wonderful teamwork between the Il Pellicano and Ett Hem teams.
