Moliere once wrote “I live on good soup, not on fine words.” So do we, and in an effort to fill you up, we’d like to introduce to our ISSIMO Quinto Sapore Warm-n-Cozy Soup Box. A medley of four delicious soups, organically grown, hand harvested and homemade in Umbria by Quinto Sapore- the passion project of Alessandro and Nicola Giuggioli, whose manifesto is all about biodiversity, permaculture and circular economy

The Warm-n-Cosy Box includes:

• 600g Jar Vellutata di Zucca al Tartufo – a velvety velouté of truffle-infused pumpkin
• 600g Jar Ribollita con fagiolini del Trasimeno e 3 tipi di cavolo nero – Trasimeno green beans and a triple treat of leafy greens (Cavolo Nero Toscano, Cavolo Nero del Gallo, e Cavolo Minestra Nera) stew
• 600g Jar Crema di Patate con funghi porcini – the creamiest potato purèe with porcini mushrooms (or black trumpets)
• 600g Jar Zuppa di Topinambur– the delightful and one-of-a-kind Jerusalem artichoke soup
• 500 ml Quinto Sapore extra virgin olive oil
